Developing my ideal company

After several years of industry experience, one starts to develop her ideal company. The company where she sees herself successful.

1- The company has to share everything it can.The more information the employees about the company, the better and informed decisions about their tasks. When you know where the company stands finacially, who the key customers are, what the key customer service or product issues are,  the employees will be able to  prioritize their to-do-lists and put their effort into solving the key problems or adding more value to the company’s products and services.

2- The company has to trusts their employees and give them the license to pursue their dreams.  When you feel trusted and free to do what you want to do, you are fueled with a huge amount of creativity and a huge amount of innovation. I am not saying don’t have any constraints. Provide them guideliness but let them free. When people enjoy what they do, they will be successful. Ultimately your organization will be successful.
