Does not matter what industry you are in…

How many people you know are on facebook or linkedin or twitter or have a blog? Each organization, small or large, local or international, have employees that are on some type of social media.  It does not matter which industry you are in, your organziation has to be there also. Actively.  

What are you missing if  you choose not to be there?

  • If your employees are there, there is a good chance your customers and potential leads are there also. The customers voice their opinions about your product. The potential leads talk about their needs that your product or services can solve. Can you take the chance that your competitor answers these questions and meet these needs? 

 

  • Even your employees are using these tools for personal reasons, if your organization does not recognize these tools, there will be no guidelines for them to see what might be considered crossing the line to business subjects. Your corporate image can be on the line.
